Emma Taylor is a CIPD qualified HR professional, Horse Assisted Educator and Classical Rider and spent 16 years leading Senior Management Teams and Business Leaders. Emma is highly intuitive and provides astonishing insights to people’s capabilities, enabling them to go beyond what they believe is possible. She creates a powerful learning environment and a safe space for people to explore new ways of leading.

David Harris is an internationally acclaimed speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach and a life learner in natural horsemanship. He was involved in IT for 25 years in a career that took him from a computer programmer all the way up to Managing Director of a £24million organisation.  Yet despite his apparent success, he realised that he no longer felt fulfilled.  As a result of some personal development work he left the corporate world and now works full time as a coach, trainer, speaker and facilitator
