This year we are excited to announce a great lineup for visitors to watch and learn from across all the key disciplines in the SEIB Arena:

• Piggy March, just back from her amazing success at the European Eventing Championships bringing back Team Gold and Individual Silver medals!
• Richard Davison and his son Joe will be showcasing core principles that will help all riders up to Grand Prix dressage or show jumping to the highest level!
• Joe Whitaker, shares top-tips from the Whitaker family’s showjumping dynasty!
• 14-times Paralympic Gold medallist Sir Lee Pearson CBE will be joined by Paralympic, World and European Gold medallist Sophie Wells MBE for a masterclass and celebration of Para-Dressage!

Piggy March

Piggy, who is based near Maidwell in Northamptonshire has an illustrious career in the eventing world. Notably her most recent successes have been winning Badminton Horse Trials and runner up at Burghley Horse Trials in 2019 with Trevor Dickens’s Vanir Kamira. Piggy was part of the Gold medal winning team at the 2021 European Eventing Championships in Avenches, Switzerland riding John and Chloe Perry and Alison Swinburn’s Brookfield Inocent and also took home individual silver.

Sir Lee Pearson CBE

Sir Lee Pearson CBE, based Staffordshire is a 14-times Paralympic Games gold medallist having represented British para-equestrianism in Sydney, Athens, Beijing, London, Rio, and Tokyo. Over the course of his career, he has won 30 gold medals at European, World and Paralympic level!

Sophie Wells MBE

Sophie is based in Nottinghamshire and is a British para-equestrian who won three medals at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, and 2 Golds and 1 Silver at the 2016 Rio Paralympics, and most recently Team Gold and Individual Silver at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. Totalling 34 medals at 12 consecutive Para Championships. In total she has a staggering 34 medals at 12 consecutive Para Championships!

Richard Davison

Richard is a four-time Olympian and European medallist and has been at the forefront of the international equestrian world for almost four decades. As well as competing in the 2012 London Olympic Games Richard also finished his four-year term as the British World Class Performance Manager and former British Dressage Team Captain. 

Joe Davison

Joe has both been a member of Great Britain’s U21 jumping team and is heavily involved in the competition, management and production of the family’s young dressage and show jumping horses. Joe has competed at major shows all over the world including Europe, USA and the UAE.

Joe Whitaker

Joe Whitaker has showjumping in his blood. Growing up in the world-famous Whitaker family has moulded Joe into a talented rider. Joe has represented Great Britain in both youth and senior teams, winning the five-star Nations Cup in 2016. Joe’s big show jumping wins include the 2018 Hickstead Derby and the British Speed Classic at the Royal International in 2017.
